A proper invoice, without the sign-up

Most invoice generators are built for dollars and euros, put a watermark on the free tier, and want your email address before they will give you a PDF. This one does none of that. It was built for Pakistani freelancers, agencies and small businesses, and it is genuinely free — there is no paid version to upsell you to.

What makes it fit Pakistan

  • PKR throughout, with the amount written out in lakhs and crores. "Rupees Twelve Lakh Thirty Four Thousand" is what a local accountant expects to read; "One Point Two Million" reads as foreign software.
  • NTN and STRN fields for both sides, because a sales tax invoice normally carries them. Blank fields are left off the document.
  • Your own tax rate, not a hardcoded one. Goods and services are taxed under different laws, provinces differ, and rates change.
  • Bank and IBAN block, since most payments here settle by transfer rather than card.
  • Eight currencies for the large number of people here billing clients abroad.

Your data never leaves your device

This matters more than it sounds. An invoice contains your client list, your rates and your tax registration numbers, and a logo is a file off your machine. This page makes no network request carrying any of it — the whole tool runs in your browser and the PDF comes from your browser's own print engine. Your details, the logo included, are kept only in your browser's local storage, so the form is still filled in next month and clearing your browser data clears them.

Is a free tool like this safe to use?

A fair question, and the honest answer is about what the page can and cannot do rather than a badge. There is no server behind it: no account, no database, nothing submitted anywhere. So there is no store of your invoices to be breached, because there is no store. What you type is rendered into the preview with every character escaped, the page runs under a strict Content Security Policy that permits only scripts this site published by hash, and there is no eval anywhere in it. A logo you pick is checked by its actual leading bytes rather than its file name before it is ever used.

How to use it

  • Fill in your business once. It is remembered.
  • Add a line per item — quantity times rate gives the amount.
  • Set tax and discount if they apply, and record any advance already paid.
  • Press Download PDF and choose "Save as PDF" in the print dialog.

Is it really free?

Yes — no account, no watermark, no cap on invoices, no paid tier. It runs in your browser, so it costs us nothing to serve.

Where does my data go?

Nowhere. It stays in your browser. Nothing on this page uploads what you type.

How do I get a PDF?

Press Download PDF and pick "Save as PDF" as the destination in the print dialog. The result has real, selectable text — not a screenshot.

Can I add my logo?

Yes — PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP up to 400KB, on the first step. It sits above your business name and never leaves your device.

Can I invoice in dollars or dirhams?

Yes. Eight currencies are available. The amount-in-words line only shows for rupees, since lakhs and crores are a rupee convention.

What tax rate should I put?

Whichever one actually applies to you. It depends on what you supply and where you are registered, and the rates change — check the current FBR or provincial revenue authority position, or ask your tax adviser, rather than trusting a default in any tool.
