Design that
does a job,
not a mood

Good design is the silent ambassador of your brand — but only when it is built as a system. A logo on its own solves nothing. What changes how you are treated is consistency: the same typography, colour and spacing on the card, the brochure, the ad and the box.

Who it's for.

Fit check

If one of these sounds like your situation, this is the right page. If none of them do, say so on the call and we will point you at what you actually need — including at nobody, if that is the honest answer.

  • Your logo was made years ago in whatever tool was available and you wince at it
  • Every document, post and flyer looks like it came from a different company
  • You have no source files, only a low-resolution PNG someone emailed you
  • You are launching a product and need packaging a printer will accept without arguing

What you actually receive

Deliverables

The most common thing we fix for new clients is missing files. Everything below is handed over on completion — the editable originals, not just exports.

Source files

  • Editable vector originals (AI / SVG)
  • Layered working files, organised and named
  • Fonts identified, with licence route stated
  • Nothing locked to a tool only we can open

Export formats

  • Print: PDF/X with bleed and crop marks, EPS
  • Screen: PNG and SVG at required sizes
  • Office-ready versions for Word and PowerPoint
  • Favicon and social profile crops

Print readiness

  • CMYK conversion, or spot colours where the job needs them
  • Bleed, safe margins and trim set to spec
  • Images at genuine 300 DPI, not upscaled
  • Dielines and folding marks for packaging

Guidelines

  • Logo clear space and minimum sizes
  • Exact colour values — HEX, RGB, CMYK, Pantone
  • Typography scale and usage rules
  • The wrong-usage examples that stop the system drifting

How it runs.

Four steps
  1. Brief

What the business does, who it sells to, what it should feel like next to its competitors. Plus anything you already have and want kept.

  2. Direction

Distinct routes, not one idea with three colour changes. You pick a direction before detail work begins.

  3. Refine

Chosen route developed across real applications — card, brochure, post — so you judge it in use, not floating on white.

  4. Handover

Source files, exports, print-ready artwork and guidelines. Then we can print it too, if you want it done in one place.

FAQ

Revisions are per stage rather than a hard count: you choose one direction, then refine it until it is right. What we do not do is restart from scratch after approval at a later stage — that becomes a new stage with its own cost, and it is written into the scope so there is no argument about it later.

Yes, all of them. Editable vector originals, layered working files and every export format. This is the single most common problem we inherit from other designers, so we do not repeat it.

Usually. If it is a vector file we can build a full system around it. If all you have is a small PNG, we redraw it as vector first — the redraw is a small, separate line item, and worth it because everything downstream depends on it.

Yes — see print media publication. Design and print under one roof means nobody gets to blame the other party for a colour shift, and you approve one proof instead of two.

Yes. Branding a mug, a diary or an embroidered polo has real constraints — stitch counts, engraving areas, single-colour reductions — and we design for the method being used. That is handled through corporate giveaways.
