Executive & office
Desk-level branding that stays in view all year.
- Branded diaries, planners and notebooks
- Pens — metal, plastic, gift-boxed sets
- USB drives and power banks
- Desk organisers, mouse mats and card holders
A giveaway either sits on a desk for a year or goes in a drawer the same afternoon, and the difference is almost never the logo. It is whether the thing is useful and whether it feels good to hold. We choose for that first, then brand it by the method that item can actually carry.

Kit your team, or your event, in something they will wear again.
Handouts that outlive the event they were given at.
Curated boxes for the moments that deserve more than a card.
If one of these sounds like your situation, this is the right page. If none of them do, say so on the call and we will point you at what you actually need — including at nobody, if that is the honest answer.
The same artwork cannot be applied the same way to a cotton t-shirt, a steel bottle and a leather diary. Choosing the wrong method is how logos end up cracked, blurred or the wrong colour — so we design to the method from the start.
Budget per head, quantity, audience and the date it must land. We come back with options at that number instead of a catalogue to wade through.
Artwork prepared for the chosen branding method — vectorised, simplified or digitised as required, so it survives the process.
A physical sample or mockup approved before the full quantity. On a large run, this step is not optional.
Full quantity produced, checked, and delivered — individually packed or event-ready if that is what you need.
It varies by item and method. Digital and UV printing work from genuinely small batches, which suits executive gifts. Screen printing and embroidery have setup costs that only make sense above a threshold. Tell us the quantity and budget per head and we will point you at items that work at that number rather than upselling you past it.
Earlier than most people think, because the sample approval step is what protects you. Stock items with simple branding move quickly; custom sourcing, embroidery digitising, gift-box assembly and anything imported need real lead time. Give us the event date and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
Usually. Send a photo or a link and we will source it or find the closest equivalent, with the price and lead time for each. If something is not realistically available in the quantity or timeframe you need, we will say that instead of promising it and disappointing you later.
Yes. You approve either a physical sample or a mockup on the actual item before we produce the quantity. On large orders we insist on a physical sample — the cost of one sample is nothing against a run branded in the wrong colour.
Yes. Merchandise branding has real constraints — single-colour reductions, stitch limits, engraving areas — and designing without knowing them is how logos come back unrecognisable. Our graphic design side handles it, and can build the whole brand system if you do not have one yet.
Send a line about the project — scope, deadline, budget range if you have one. You will get a straight answer on what it takes, usually within 24 hours.
