Karachi's working day has finished before New York's has started. So for US clients we work the evening: the windows at the top of this page are when we are at our desks for your morning, and they are ours to cover, not something we ask you to accommodate. The West Coast is genuinely hard — it lands late at night here — so we are straight about which of those calls we take live and which are better answered in writing overnight.
The flip side of no overlap is that the work happens while you are asleep. You end Tuesday with a list; the build has moved by Wednesday morning. Teams that get value out of this are the ones that write things down well, so we run the project that way by default — written updates, a staging URL that is always current, and decisions recorded rather than remembered.
