US work is quoted in dollars. There is no overlap with a normal studio day, so we take the US morning in our evening, and the first button on this page is email rather than WhatsApp.
New York's morning starts after our studio day has ended, and Los Angeles is later still. The windows at the top of this page are the hours we cover on your morning. They are ours to work, not a request that you stay up. Updates are written, the staging URL stays current, and decisions are recorded, because a call nobody wrote down is useless across this gap.

Our studio day has finished before New York's has started. So for US clients we work the evening: the windows at the top of this page are when we are at our desks for your morning, and they are ours to cover, not something we ask you to accommodate. The West Coast is genuinely hard — it lands late at night here — so we are straight about which of those calls we take live and which are better answered in writing overnight.
The flip side of no overlap is that the work happens while you are asleep. You end Tuesday with a list; the build has moved by Wednesday morning. Teams that get value out of this are the ones that write things down well, so we run the project that way by default — written updates, a staging URL that is always current, and decisions recorded rather than remembered.
