Rank for what
your buyers
already type

SEO is the only channel where the traffic keeps arriving after you stop paying. It is also the one most easily faked with reports full of keywords nobody searches. We work the other way round: find the terms your buyers actually use, fix what stops you ranking for them, and report against enquiries.

What's included.

Grow

Technical SEO & site health

Everything that stops Google from reading and trusting the site you already have.

  • Crawl, index and coverage audit in Search Console
  • Core Web Vitals and mobile performance
  • Canonicals, redirects, duplicate URLs and orphan pages
  • Sitemap, robots and crawl-budget clean-up

Local SEO & Google Business Profile

How you show up in the map pack when someone nearby searches with intent.

  • Google Business Profile setup, categories and services
  • Consistent name, address and phone across listings
  • Review strategy and response handling
  • Location and service-area pages that stand alone

Keyword & content strategy

A plan for which pages should exist, and which query each one owns.

  • Keyword research split by buying intent
  • One page per query, so your own pages stop competing
  • Content briefs with structure, headings and word counts
  • Internal linking that pushes authority where it earns money

Schema & structured data

Telling search engines and AI answer engines exactly what you are, in machine-readable terms.

  • LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ and Breadcrumb schema
  • Review and rating markup where it is genuinely earned
  • Rich-result eligibility checks
  • Entity consistency across the site and your profiles

Who it's for.

Fit check

If one of these sounds like your situation, this is the right page. If none of them do, say so on the call and we will point you at what you actually need — including at nobody, if that is the honest answer.

  • You rank for your own brand name and nothing else
  • You pay for ads because organic traffic never arrived
  • You had an SEO agency, got monthly reports, and never got enquiries
  • You are about to redesign or migrate and do not want to lose the rankings you have

What a month of SEO actually looks like

The engagement

SEO retainers get a bad name because the work is invisible. Here is what is happening, month by month, so you can tell whether it is being done.

Month one

  • Full technical and content audit
  • Keyword map and priority page list
  • Search Console and analytics baseline recorded
  • The fixes that move the needle fastest, shipped

Ongoing each month

  • New or rewritten pages against the keyword map
  • Technical fixes as Search Console surfaces them
  • Internal linking and schema extended
  • Listings and profile kept current

What you get sent

  • Ranking movement on the tracked keyword set
  • Impressions, clicks and CTR from Search Console
  • Enquiries attributed to organic in GA4
  • What shipped, and what is queued next

What we will not do

  • Bought links or private blog networks
  • Reports padded with zero-volume keywords
  • Guaranteed positions — nobody can honestly sell those
  • AI-spun pages that read like nobody wrote them

How it runs.

Four steps
  1. Audit

Where you rank now, what is technically broken, and which queries are realistically winnable in the next two quarters.

  2. Fix

Technical blockers first. There is no point publishing content onto a site Google struggles to crawl or index.

  3. Build

Pages against the keyword map, one query each, internally linked so authority flows to the ones that convert.

  4. Report

Monthly: rankings, impressions, clicks and organic enquiries — plus what shipped, in plain language.

FAQ

Technical fixes and Google Business Profile work can show inside 2–4 weeks. Ranking for competitive commercial terms is a 3–6 month job, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. If you need enquiries this month, run ads while SEO compounds underneath.

No, and no honest agency can — nobody controls Google's ranking systems. What we commit to is the work: the audit, the fixes, the pages, and monthly reporting you can check independently in your own Search Console.

Yes, and for most Karachi businesses local is where the money is. The map pack is driven by your Google Business Profile, proximity, reviews and listing consistency — largely separate signals from the ones that rank your web pages. We work both, and tell you which one deserves the budget first.

Yes — CMS access, Search Console and analytics at minimum. If your current developer or agency holds those, we will send you a written list of exactly what to request. We can audit without access, but we cannot fix anything.

That is the normal case. We audit what exists first and fix in place wherever possible. If the platform itself is what is blocking you — a builder that emits unusable markup, for instance — we will say so and price the rebuild separately, rather than quietly charging retainer months against a losing position.
